A River Valley gift card makes the perfect gift.  Load your gift card with a pre-set, or custom, $$$ amount.  Our gift cards can be used to purchase any of our accommodation, activities, or packages.

 

How To Buy Your Gift

  1.  Simply purchase your gift card on our website using the button below.
  2.  You will be asked to enter the purchasers details, and the recipients details if you want to send it directly to them.
  3.  When the recipient is ready to book they can book any of our accommodation or activities online through the River Valley website, and simply enter the gift card code at the checkout.

FAQ’s

Do You Still Issue Paper Vouchers?

No.  As part of our commitment to be environmentally friendly and a sustainable business we have swapped to online gift cards.  You can either email the recipient a PDF version of the card, or print it at home, or if you require something special, or more detailed, please get in touch after you have purchased the card and we can email you a customised PDF voucher.

 

Can I use a Gift Card at the Lodge?

Yes, you can also use a gift card whilst at the lodge or over the phone.  We just need to know your gift card code.

When Do Gift Cards Expire?

Our gift cards do not have an expiry date.

 

What if My Order is Less Than the Balance on the Gift Card?

The remaining balance will remain on the card, which you can use for future purchases.

 

How Can I Check the Balance on my Gift Card?

Unfortunately there is currently no way to check your balance online.  Please contact us and we can check the balance for you.
