The Best Dressing Ever!

Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Vegan

So easy and quick to make!  Drizzle this dressing all over a fresh, Summer salad, or some grilled veggies.


  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 Cup of tahini
  • A BIG handful of mint, parsley, coriander, chives, oregano – or whatever soft herbs you have around
  • 2 Cups of olive or grapeseed or avocado oil
  • 1.5 Cups of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper



Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.

Blend with a stick blender (or in a food processor) until smooth.



Keep your dressing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks…if it lasts that long.
