The thing in the class I got the most from was stretching, pushing my body. It was a challenge!
The thing I found most difficult about making a morning Yoga class was finding the motivation, in fact making the effort. Lay ins can be almost non exsistent when travelling, especially on the likes of a Kiwi Experience bus.
Once I did do it though, I experienced a real sense of achievement, and I could not help but notice the difference in how it made my body feel. I was relaxed but energised all at once

Overall though, it was the sense of accomplishment. Becoming more aware of my body, what needs work, more aware of my posture and becoming aware of my breathing
As a traveller I would really recommend a Yoga Class to other travellers and backpackers. The teacher is approachable and makes you feel comfortable with what you can do, so you're not scared to try and push yourself that little harder.
Just to add one more thing, it was good to try something new, coming to a cool lodge and trying something different.
